Hey guys, today i am going to talk about the milkyway or home. I will refer to the images you see above in order.
The first one is just the galaxy with no markings. Scientists are pretty sure this is what it looks like. It is very amazing to see how God made the universe.
Now this second picture is how far across the galaxy is from one side to the other. As shown in the picture it is at least 100,000 lightyears in diameter.
Now here is a picture of where we live in the galaxy. We are in between the arms of the galaxy.
